"Heart Centered - Patient Centered Care"

Integrative Massage

We believe in an approach of treating the body as a whole, not just the symptomatic areas of pain and physical dysfunction; but working on all of the factors which can lead to physical dysfunction.

Treatments include an initial assessment and are tailored for you, so each treatment may be different depending on your individual needs.

Manual Therapies and techniques that may be used in the your treatment include:

Therapeutic Massage - light or deep tissue;  Active Release, Trigger Point Therapy;  Neuromuscular;  Myofascial Therapy

Hot/ Cold Stone Therapy;   Dynamic Cupping

Craniosacral Therapy & Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Each treatment outcome based to aid in relief and assist treatment of soft-tissue dysfunction, pain and injuries often caused by lifestyle factors, repetitive strain, occupation, illness, sports , trauma and stress.

Allison's experience extends to specialized populations such as pregnancy and post natal, pre & post operative patients, fibromyalgi, MS, lupus, lymphedema and breast cancer, women’s health as well as specialized populations with ptsd, traumatic brain injury, concussion, trauma, grief and addictions recovery

Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage  and Hot Stones are often added into each treatment to create a powerful partnership for healing.

  • Therapeutic
  • Deep Tissue (Trigger Point/Neuromuscular. MyoFascial & Active Release)
  • Relaxation

  • Hot Stone
  • Sports/ Sports Recovery

Silicone Cups are used to suction soft tissue, and it is this vacuum effect, or negative pressure, combined with dynamic movement that produces a therapeutic result.

Therapists use the cups to distract congested tissue, release trigger point and myofascial restrictions, to reduce pain and stiffness, and reduce scar tissue.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a very gentle yet very effective osteopathic treatment modality.

CST practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system and cranial nerves. CST is effective for a wide range of medical conditions and injuries,

Manual Lymphatic Drainage addresses body fluid systems: lymph, interstitial fluid and synovial fluid.

MLD is a gentle technique intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

Reducing swelling, edemas and aiding the body with its own natural detoxification process.

Lymphedema is for life.

The goal of therapy is to reduce swelling, manage your lymphedema and reduce your risk of it getting worse and leading to other health problems.

Your therapist will guide you through the treatment program and show you how to control your lymphedema with self care.

Oncology massage is the modification of massage techniques in order to safely work with effects of cancer and cancer treatment, and includes people in active treatment, those in recovery or survivorship, as well as those at the end of life.

Therapists have an informed understanding of the side effects of cancer treatments, such as medications, surgery, chemotherapy and radiation; and the ability to modify massage techniques in order to adapt for these side effects, as well as for the disease.

"Allison is a professional, educated, passionate, and friendly Therapist. For several years, I've referred many of my patients to seek her care. She offers a variety of massage techniques, but is very well trained with lymphatic drainage.

Allison continues to pursue her training in areas related to manual therapy. Her recent training includes working with patients who have had breast cancer.

She also lives a very holistic lifestyle, and honors her well-being. I've always been confident in referring patients to her."
